Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing in Dundalk, MD

Quality, honesty, and integrity are the core values at Floodbusters Basements. Our primary focus has been to acquire and utilize the very best foundation waterproofing and repair materials available in the business.

At Floodbusters we focus on correcting your basement issues, and help provide a healthy, comfortable, and a stable environment for the rest of your home. Every home has the potential to have air quality problems whether it's new or old. These issues can be caused from any number of problems: foundation cracks, humidity and moisture or flooded basements.

Because most homeowners don't think of their basement as much more than a storage area, they won't think an occasional musty odor is anything to worry about. There could be a possible moisture problem with any bad odor, which also means that the perfect conditions for mold and mildew growth are present. Humid Basements are responsible for this odor that proves to be a health risk for anyone with allergies or a sensitive respiratory system.

We use Grate Products systems to remove water and moisture because it's necessary to completely solve the problem. Through several years of improvement and evolution, the Grate Products system does what no other system can: remove any and all water and moisture from a part of the house that supplies 40% of the air to the first floor.

Since moving into our home we have had a flooded basement twice. The first time was a little over a year ago, we cleaned up the mess and thought it was the sump pump so we replaced that. We now believe there may be water coming up from underground. There is a spot that continuously contains water on the tile that is in the middle of the floor and we do not have any water marks along the walls. At this point we are stumped and aren't really sure where it may be coming from. I do not have a preferred method of contact however, if you choose to contact me by phone it is better to do it after 3pm.

Actually saw your ad about french drains. I want to stop water that rushes towards my front door, as attempts to adjust the swale have been largely inefficent, and I'd like to prevent flooding.
