Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing in Baltimore, MD

At Floodbusters we focus on correcting your basement issues, and help provide a healthy, comfortable, and a stable environment for the rest of your home. Every home has the unfortunate chance of having air quality problems whether it's a new home or an or old home. These issues can be caused by a number of problems: foundation cracks, humidity and moisture or flooded basements.

Since most homeowners don't think of their basement as much more than a storage area, they probably feel that an occasional musty odor is probably nothing to worry about. However, any foul odor could be a possible moisture problem, with the perfect condition for mold and mildew to grow. Basements are known to develop unpleasant odor due to moisture and humidity which could potentially be a health risk for anyone with allergies or a sensitive respiratory system.

Floodbusters use Grate Products system to remove water and moisture because it's necessary to solve the problem correctly. Over several years of improvement and evolution, the Grate Products system does what no other system can do. It removes any and all water and moisture from a part of the house that supplies 40% of the air to the first floor.

A city of 92 square miles, with a population of aproximately 621,000, and a bustling tourism hub, Baltimore is settled in an area that sometimes sees harsh weather. Each winter, around 20 to 30 inches of snow and several bouts of freezing rain and sleet occur. Spring brings rain and thunderstorms that can quickly become flood worthy downpours. Don't wait for disaster to strike, keep out moisture and water from bad weather before this!  Call Floodbusters Basements today at 410-204-2527.

Quality, honesty, and integrity are the core values at Floodbusters Basements. Our primary focus has been to acquire and utilize the very best foundation waterproofing and repair materials available in the business so our customers are thoroughly satisfied.

Work completed in 6 hours by very courteous employees, and appears to be a high-quality job. Service did not include putting appliances back into place, and reconnecting utility tub and washer. Flexible payment options. Price was a little higher than some others, but it's worth paying for quality.

Good morning - I have an ongoing renovation project in a rental property and need to get some french drains and sump pump installed as directed by a building inspector during a mechanical inspection this week . The drains need to go along the back wall of the basement and about 6 feet along each of the side walls - approximately 25 linear feet total. If you email me at, I can send you photographs. As you can see from the pictures, there is a 7 X 7 portion of the slab that was never poured along the area that needs the drain, so it should make the demolition work quite a bit easier. The framing on the right side of the basement will be moved prior to you starting the job. If you could provide a ballpark price range based on these photos, it would be easiest, otherwise the house has a lockbox and you may come in to do an estimate at your convenience. I would need the job completed this week. House is in 21230 zip code.

Hi Floodbusters!! I am interested in getting an estimate for waterproofing my basement. It is only a small area that will get wet after a good amount of rain. I recently had a deck put in and ever since then, the basement will have water when it rains. Thank you!! Adam
