| Comment | This is Steve B. from Essex, Md. There was one very important point that I neglected to include in my review from April 22, 2019. Before Floodbusters installed my brand new drain and before Floodbusters installed my brand new sump pump and new dehumidifier in my basement and new PVC piping in my backyard, my basement flooded heavily twice and I was very concerned and I did not know what to do to fix this serious problem because of my limited budget! Fortuneately, a friend told me about Floodbusters and since then my prpblems have been solved and I am very happy about that. Plus, I found out that their prices are very reasonable which is very important for me since I have a mortgage and a limited budget! After Floodbusters finished their work in June of 2017 and after Floodbusters did their first AMS (Annual Maintenance Service) at no cost to me in June of 2018, my basement has not flooded in 23 months or almost two years. That is because Floodbusters (and Rick the owner) does great work. If you need basement waterproofing or any other waterproofing or a new sump pump or a new drain installed etc., then your first and only call should be to Rick or Wanda at Floodbusters. They will do excellent work for you! Steve B. |
