Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing in Baltimore, MD

Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing in Baltimore, MD

At Floodbusters we focus on correcting your basement issues, and help provide a healthy, comfortable, and a stable environment for the rest of your home. Every home has the unfortunate chance of having air quality problems whether it's a new home or an or old home. These issues can be caused by a number of problems: foundation cracks, humidity and moisture or flooded basements.

Since most homeowners don't think of their basement as much more than a storage area, they probably feel that an occasional musty odor is probably nothing to worry about. However, any foul odor could be a possible moisture problem, with the perfect condition for mold and mildew to grow. Basements are known to develop unpleasant odor due to moisture and humidity which could potentially be a health risk for anyone with allergies or a sensitive respiratory system.

Floodbusters use Grate Products system to remove water and moisture because it's necessary to solve the problem correctly. Over several years of improvement and evolution, the Grate Products system does what no other system can do. It removes any and all water and moisture from a part of the house that supplies 40% of the air to the first floor.

A city of 92 square miles, with a population of aproximately 621,000, and a bustling tourism hub, Baltimore is settled in an area that sometimes sees harsh weather. Each winter, around 20 to 30 inches of snow and several bouts of freezing rain and sleet occur. Spring brings rain and thunderstorms that can quickly become flood worthy downpours. Don't wait for disaster to strike, keep out moisture and water from bad weather before this!  Call Floodbusters Basements today at 410-204-2527.

Quality, honesty, and integrity are the core values at Floodbusters Basements. Our primary focus has been to acquire and utilize the very best foundation waterproofing and repair materials available in the business so our customers are thoroughly satisfied.

Hello - I would like to get an in-home inspection/estimate for a home I have under contract in Baltimore City. There is visible mold on the walls of the unfinished room of the basement. The basement already has a french drain/sump pump. We would like to see if there are any remediation options available for the visible mold and if your company would recommend further action for moisture control. Thanks!

My basement in my row house in Canton gets water in when there are massive storms, like last weekend. I am preparing to sell the house and would like to address the issue first. I would be interested in meeting someone for an estimate. I could so so either of the next two days.

I have a property on Echodale that has some water damage in the basement. Whenever it rains hard, water comes in the basement but only in one spot on the floor. The entire basement does not flood just that one spot is saturated with water. I would like to get someone to come out and give me an estimate on waterproofing this problem. Thank you.

Purchased a home in April, have not seen the home until today. Now there is pooled water in the basement crawl space. No obvious moisture. The floor was cleared by structural engineering and the basement was inspected as leak proof by Pro-Spex. I need an eval and possible repair ASAP.

We have had water seepage into our basement for about as long as we've lived in our home (10 years). About 5 years ago, we had to have mold remediation and indoor waterproofing on one basement wall as well as the powder room adjacent to that wall. Since then, we have not had any issues along the wall, however, we have started getting water in the powder room again. It pools in the ceiling and then runs down the wall and pools in a corner both in and directly outside of the powder room. We have been told that the issue is in the exterior part of the foundation and we are hoping to have it fixed. If you all do such a thing, can someone please contact me to set up a time to look at the damage and potentially provide a quote? We are located in the Holland Hill/Rosedale area of Baltimore County.
